SKB EP Participation in the Fair within the Framework of International Contest on Proficiency

On September 11-15 the XIV-th International Contest of teams on maintenance and servicing the 0.4-10kV distribution networks of CIS countries was held on the training polygon of Public Joint-Stock Company Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Volga (IDGC of Volga). 

Six teams of energy specialists from Russia, Georgia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan took part in the contest. The team of Russian Federation was represented by energy specialists from IDGC of Volga that became winners of the contest following the results of the All-Russia Contest on Proficiency.

The teams were to go through eight different tests including check of theoretical knowledge and practical skills: replacement of the main switch at complex transformer substations, fire extinguishing, measurement of TL size, rescue and first aid to the suffered from electric shock.

On the third day of the contest a specialized exhibition of manufacturers of electric equipment, special machinery and personal protection means was opened that lasted for three days. 25 Russian and foreign manufacturers took part in the exhibition, including SKB EP, a manufacturer of instruments for control and diagnosis of high-voltage equipment.

When viewing the exposition, V.M. Gordienko, Deputy General Director on Technical Supervision of Public Joint-Stock Company ROSSETI got interested in the products of an electric equipment manufacturer working within the framework of import substitution policy pursued by RF Government. He noted high potential of instruments manufactured by SKB EP.

At the Fair the Company exhibited its latest products, such as  MIKO-10, a portable microohmmeter, МIКО-21, a high-precision microohmmeter, and well-proved instruments MIKO-2.3, PKV/U3, and PKR-2.

All the participants and guests of the contest were made familiar with the latest products of SKB-EP and advised on technical issues.
