The annual seminar with the company ELECTRONPRIBOR, LLC

At the end of May, the annual seminar-exhibition of the SKB EP company with the official dealer – ELECTRONPRIBOR, LLC took place. The event was attended by representatives of the Experimental Factory of Scientific Engineering with Special Design Department (EZAN), specialists from Zagorskaya PSPP and IEK GROUP.

The main theme of this year was the presentation of modern instruments, individual solutions and new developments, as well as the direction of import substitution from a Russian manufacturer.

During the theoretical part of the seminar, the representative of SKB EP told in detail about the features and differences of SKB EP instruments from foreign analogues, presented individual solutions for adapting work with PKV instruments on different types of circuit breakers, presented the features of working with a mobile app for instruments of the MIKO group, and also focused on the importance of specialized professional development and educational programs of SKB EP.

During the practical part, the operation and functionality of the SKB EP instruments was demonstrated on the EVOLIS (Schneider Electric) 6-10 kV vacuum circuit breaker. The time parameters were measured using the PKV/M7 instrument, and the transient resistance was measured using the MIKO-21 micro-ohmmeter. The inclusion of a practical block on a real object was noted very positively by the audience of specialists.

In addition, within the framework of the exhibition, the following were presented:

• a new development – the instrument PKV/M15;
• modern milli-ohmmeters MIKO-9A (there are no analogues in the Russian market) and MIKO-7M(A);
• micro-ohmmeters MIKO-21 and MIKO-10;
• instrument for diagnostic of OLTC devices PKR-2M;
• portable mini-laboratory MIKO-2.3 and additional development – "power bank" to increase the operating time.

Special attention of the seminar participants was focused on a special instrument for online diagnostic of the commutation resource prediction of HV circuit breaker UMVV-1.1, because such developments are not often seen in reality in office.

In most training programs, as well as during full - time seminars and exhibitions, the specialists of SKB EP try to demonstrate the operation of instruments on real diagnostic objects. When such approach is used, functionality of instruments, user-friendly interface, ease of use and time savings during measurements are clearly visible.
