New international contacts and cooperation prospects

SKB EP office hosted representatives of an international mining company which provides power equipment operation services at facilities in Guinea and Burkina Faso.

During the meeting, visitors learned about SKB EP’s scope of work, the capabilities of its diagnostic equipment, and solutions for electrical engineering laboratories.

One of the main topics of the discussion was the company’s plan to establish its own electrical engineering laboratory. Currently, the foreign specialists are seeking and evaluating equipment that will enable them to independently perform diagnostics and assess the condition of electrical equipment at their facilities.

High-voltage circuit breaker analyzers and micro-ohmmeters drew particular interest. Visitors thoroughly asked SKB EP specialists about the devices' features and their operation specifics during measurements.

Special attention was given to training. Foreign guests noted that in-person, hands-on training in equipment operation is particularly important for their company specialists. This format will allow them not only to explore the devices' capabilities but also to immediately put the necessary skills into action.

The meeting combined presentations with practice: the specialists discussed real-world challenges they face at their facilities and possible solutions using SKB EP equipment.

Upon the meeting, the parties will continue discussions regarding equipment selection and the organization of in-person training for specialists.
